Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We honor your time and energy, and ask that you honor ours in return. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us at kristi@empresscounselingcare.com at least 72 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled within the 72-hour window are considered no-shows and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
We understand that life brings genuine emergencies. If something unexpected arises, please reach out — we’ll consider each situation with compassion.
